Title: Barback - Chef Daniel Humm x The Charleston Place
The primary role of the Barback is to ensure that the bar is properly set and maintained so that the bar staff can run an effective operation. Duties include preparing juices and garnishes, restocking coolers and storage areas, maintaining the cleanliness of the bar area, delivering food to bar guests, and assisting with setting up and breaking down the bar. The Barback must be pleasant, conscientious, and professional, with good knowledge of alcoholic beverage selections and garnish techniques. Effective communication and teamwork are essential to ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
