The Role: As a bartender, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, specializing in crafting cocktails. You enjoy connecting with guests and making a lasting impression.
Responsibilities:
- Create, prepare, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks consistent with the restaurant’s standard recipes
- Receive orders and serve food to guests dining at the bar
- Maintain bottles and glasses attractively and functionally; assist with restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Stay informed about menu offerings and respond promptly to guest questions regarding menus, dietary restrictions, and services
- Prepare and present final bills, process payments, and report gratuities in compliance with IRS standards
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old with 1-2 years of bartending experience
- Positive energy, team player attitude, and willingness to assist support staff
- Effective communication skills with managers, employees, and guests
- Flexible schedule to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk constantly with occasional stooping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, or lifting
