About the Role:

If you enjoy serving others and crafting delicious drinks, join the Tailwind team at The Pub at HHH airport! We pride ourselves on providing a warm and welcoming atmosphere to travelers from around the world. As a Bartender, you will deliver exceptional service while crafting a variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. Your role includes creating a memorable experience for guests, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, monitoring inventory levels, and restocking supplies when needed.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences
Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service and personalized recommendations
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following alcohol handling, health, and safety regulations
Properly date, label, and rotate all beverage items
Restock and replenish inventory and supplies
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours
Address and resolve customer issues professionally
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Perform other tasks as assigned

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven bartending experience
Compliance with all food and beverage regulations
Hands-on experience with bar utensils and equipment
Knowledge of sanitation regulations

Requirements:

Must pass a background check to obtain an Airport Security Badge
Reliable transportation
Proof of completion of a state-mandated or accredited alcohol service training program
Weekend availability

Pay: $8.00 per hour plus tips
