Title: Bartender
Hourly Wage: $5.65 + Tips

Responsibilities:
- Greet and interact with guests, answer questions, take orders, and deliver drinks while ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Prepare drink orders following specified recipes using measuring systems.
- Serve alcohol responsibly by adhering to service limits and portion control.
- Verify guests meet minimum age requirements before serving alcohol.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and tools throughout the day.
- Assist other departments as needed to ensure optimal guest service.
Guest Experience and Company Standards:
- Welcome and anticipate guests’ needs in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain professional interactions with guests and colleagues.
- Contribute to team goals.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
Requirements:
- Availability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 25 lbs without assistance.
- Physical capability to perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping tasks.
- Position may require background and drug screening as per company policy and legal requirements.
