Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced bartender to welcome guests with hospitality upon their arrival. The bartender will prepare and serve drinks for both bar and dining room guests, ensuring quality service, adherence to recipes, and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly, establish personal connections, and maintain positive guest relations.
Prepare drinks accurately and quickly during meal periods, serving both bar patrons and dining guests via servers.
Provide professional, accurate, and friendly food and beverage service in the bar area.
Perform shift duties including setup, stocking, product preparation, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar.
Display a professional attitude and work cooperatively with guests, peers, and management.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
At least 1 year of serving or bartender experience in a full-service restaurant.
Good judgment, integrity, and positive interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to read, speak, and write basic English for communication and reading orders.
Sales skills, multitasking, and organizational abilities.
Ability to act independently with minimal supervision.
Basic computational and computer skills, including POS system use.
Physical ability to stand, walk (up to 8 hours), climb, bend, stoop, twist, and reach for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. above eye level and up to 40 lbs. intermittently.
Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance.
