Job Description
Title: Bartender
Pay rate: Hourly + tips Role type: Non-exempt
Essential Job Duties:
- Welcome guests to the restaurant/bar.
- Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits, beer, and wine selections.
- Assist guests with the PopStroke mobile ordering app.
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar, and golf course guests.
- Provide outstanding service to guests in both the restaurant and golf course areas, ensuring a memorable and fun experience.
- Maintain cleanliness of all restaurant, food & beverage, and gaming areas.
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks and stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate ingredients, label prep items, receive supplies, and notify management of shortages or discrepancies.
- Comply with all safety, sanitation, and state liquor laws and regulations.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately, process payments, and balance cash drawers.
- Responsible for proper storage of outdoor furniture and yard games.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and seamless service.
- Work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Excellent communication and guest service skills.
- Strong teamwork abilities.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 30 lbs.
- Ability to safely use a ladder.
