Restaurant Bar Manager
O'Charley's Restaurant + Bar is seeking a Restaurant Bar Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, drive sales and profitability, and ensure each guest has an excellent dining experience with outstanding service and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead front-of-house and bar teams
- Provide training, coaching, and direction to team members
- Maintain and demonstrate O'Charley’s standards, policies, and values including Respect, Excellence, Communication, Inclusion, Performance, and Ethics
- Focus on delivering the company’s Vision of "A Passion to Serve" and its Mission to prioritize guests, team members, stakeholders, and community
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of restaurant bar management experience in a full-service environment
- Experience managing and training hourly team members
- Proven track record of achieving results and building effective teams
- General knowledge of operational procedures and shift positions
- Full-service bar experience preferred
