Saddle Creek Golf Club, located 45 minutes south of Nashville, Tennessee, features a challenging 6,700-yard course managed by Bobby Jones Links. The course includes tree-lined fairways, lakes, streams, bent grass greens, and a links-style back nine with water hazards and bunkers.
Position: Bartender
Responsibilities:
- Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure adequate supplies.
- Prepare fruit and garnishes.
- Prepare and serve liquor, mixed drinks, wine, beer, and nonalcoholic beverages according to orders.
- Report customer complaints to management promptly.
- Maintain and clean the bar area and equipment.
- Manage daily inventory and records.
- Verify customer identification to ensure legal age for alcohol purchase.
- Assist food servers and hostesses as needed.
Qualifications:
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages (varies by state).
- Possess all required certifications and licenses as mandated by local Health Department and Alcoholic Beverage Commission.
- Ability to enforce company policies and comply with alcohol consumption laws and regulations.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Frequent walking, standing, sitting, bending, stooping, kneeling, and use of hands.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally.
- Work indoors in warm conditions near grill and fryer.
- Exposure to frequent loud noise.
Candidates must meet physical requirements and possess necessary certifications to serve alcohol safely and responsibly.
