Intown Golf Club LLC is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our premier private social club and lifestyle brand. We are looking for a mixologist passionate about new beverage trends who can provide guests with a diverse, seasonally inspired drink menu, warm conversation, and helpful suggestions. Our ideal candidate takes pride in creating a welcoming atmosphere where guests can relax after a long day.
Bartender Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and make beverage recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Plan and present the bar menu
- Verify customers’ identification to ensure legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain an organized and clean bar
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
- Ensure an excellent guest experience with a guest-focused approach
Bartender Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked, and clean
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, and carry heavy trays
- Friendly and attentive attitude
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and food
- Must meet the minimum legal age to serve alcohol
- Passion for providing high-quality customer service
- Compliance with local, state, and federal liquor laws
- Willingness to work peak hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
