The ideal Lounge Bartender is a curious learner, innovator, detail-oriented, mentor, and motivator. This position is responsible for providing an excellent dining experience by preparing specialty drinks and following the proper steps of service. The bartender maintains a clean and sanitary environment, ensures proper supply levels, and creates a positive work atmosphere for colleagues and vendors. All duties should align with The Dollywood Company’s Mission and Values.

Requires a high school diploma, at least one year of bartending experience, and must be 21 years of age. Candidates must be able to obtain Serve Safe/Alcohol Server Certification and possess a valid driver's license.
