Job Description
Title: Bartender
We are seeking outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure an excellent experience for every guest. Bartenders provide a full-service dining experience, including menu knowledge and cocktail preparation following Torchy’s recipes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare cocktails according to standard recipes
- Maintain menu knowledge to assist guests
- Ensure a positive and friendly guest experience
Requirements:
- Current required state alcohol-server license (TABC, TIPS, ABLE, etc.)
- No prior experience necessary
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at various heights
- Flexible availability based on business needs
