Position Summary: The Barback supports bar and service operations by maintaining product readiness, cleanliness, and organization, while actively engaging with guests and taking ownership of service needs when required. Barbacks are guest-facing team members expected to assist confidently—whether restocking the bar, running food, answering guest questions, or fulfilling drink or food requests.

Candidates should have at least one year of restaurant or hospitality experience and must be at least 21 years old. TABC Certification and Texas Food Handler’s Certification are required upon hire.
