Position Summary: We are seeking a professional bartender to join our team at Wings N More. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, prepare and serve beverages efficiently, and maintain bar operations according to company standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist all guests in a courteous and service-oriented manner, going the extra mile to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Set up the bar thoroughly before opening and ensure cleanliness before and after shifts, following operational standards.
- Complete scheduled side work, including stocking and organizing liquor, juices, glassware, paper goods, wines, and garnishes.
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of all menu items and beverages, including ingredients, garnishes, and preparation methods.
- Adhere strictly to all local and national liquor laws.
- Monitor inventory levels and requisition daily supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Accurately take orders and process payments, including closing guest checks in the POS system.
- Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions as required by management.
- Maintain regular attendance, punctuality, and compliance with prescribed work, break, and meal periods.
- Uphold high standards of personal appearance, grooming, and hygiene in accordance with the dress code.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of menu items and beverage preparation.
- Understanding of local and national liquor laws.
- High standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Reliability in attendance and punctuality.
