Job Description
Title: Cocktail Server - Hotel Indigo, El Paso
Job Description: The Cocktail Server will engage with guests positively and professionally, serving beverages and food in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to obtain any government-required license or certificate.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages; liquor certification if required by state or local government.
- Customer service orientation and understanding of service principles.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- High School Diploma required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Greet guests courteously and professionally.
- Take and document drink orders accurately.
- Input orders into the point-of-sale system and create checks for guests.
- Process payments for beverage purchases and ensure accuracy.
- Perform cleaning tasks as per Health Department regulations.
- Adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor laws and regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
