Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair.
- Interact with guests in a friendly manner, taking orders and serving drinks and snacks.
- Provide knowledgeable answers about menu offerings.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage bar inventory, ensuring supplies are stocked and fresh.
- Verify patrons' ages to comply with legal drinking regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, following health and safety standards.
- Create an inviting atmosphere focused on guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all food and beverage laws and regulations.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Hold a current TABC certification.
- Proven success as a Bartender.
- Deep knowledge of mixology, including traditional and contemporary cocktails.
- Proficient with computer systems and POS.
- Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly valued.
- Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Able to keep the bar organized, stocked, and sanitary.
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for extended periods (6 to 8 hours).
