POSITION: Bartender
DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Food and Beverage Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Set up and service individual beverage stations.
- Prepare and sell beverage items according to price lists.
- Handle cash and tickets accurately; verify cash register programming.
- Enforce all liquor laws and request identification for alcohol purchases.
- Manage and account for liquor inventory.
- Maintain sanitation and safety practices in the work area.
- Provide pleasant and efficient customer service.
- Report to Food & Beverage personnel in appropriate uniform.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Food Service Manager.
Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- TIPS or LEAD certification required.
- Basic knowledge of bar operations and cash register procedures.
- Sufficient math ability to handle money accurately.
- Ability to follow directions and multitask efficiently.
- Pleasant personality with neat appearance.
- Ability to stand and walk for the duration of the shift.
- Ability to lift and carry according to industry standards.
- Must speak and understand English well.
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
