Job Description
Title: Bartender (Part Time PM)
Bartenders are responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and restaurant patrons. They mix classic and innovative drinks according to customers’ needs and preferences while ensuring compliance with legal drinking age requirements. This role involves interaction with hotel guests to provide an enjoyable experience at the bar or lounge.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and make drink recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Verify customers’ identification to ensure they meet legal drinking age
- Restock and maintain bar inventory and supplies
Requirements:
- Ability to mix both classic and innovative drinks
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction
- Knowledge and compliance with legal age regulations
