Job Description
Title: Bartender
We are hiring immediately for full-time or part-time Bartenders to work in a dine-in restaurant setting.
Job Summary: Bartenders are essential team members responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing excellent hospitality and customer service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic beverages according to company recipes, including garnishes.
- Operate and maintain bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and effectively deliver food and drinks within the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently following company standards.
- Follow company policies for responsible alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Must meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Current Food Handler’s Card or ability to obtain one if required.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team environment.
