Job Description
Title: Bartender
The Bartender is responsible for providing beverage and food service in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. Bartenders must perform duties quickly, accurately, and consistently while working as part of a team.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all image and costume guidelines.
- Interact with and entertain guests.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to Ojos Locos specifications.
- Ensure that all guests have their drinking age verified.
- Operate the POS system to process sales, handle cash and credit payments, and provide accurate receipts and change.
- Maintain accurate records, including cash-out and tip reports.
- Monitor guests for visible intoxication or suspicious behavior and follow appropriate protocols, including notifying supervisors or security.
- Keep the work area clean by maintaining the bar, removing dishware and trash, and performing light housekeeping duties.
- Complete all set-up, side work, and closing procedures, including stocking supplies and preparing the bar/lounge for the next shift.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Ability to work quickly and consistently in a team environment.

- Ability to verify legal drinking age of guests.
