Job Summary: We are seeking a Barback to join our team. In this role, you will assist in opening and closing the bar and perform essential tasks to keep the bar running smoothly, such as restocking supplies and preparing garnishes. Your goal is to ensure patrons have an excellent experience and want to return.
Responsibilities:
- Keep tables, counters, bars, and other surfaces clean
- Restock supplies as needed
- Bus tables
- Prepare cocktail garnishes and ingredients
- Replace beer kegs and empty liquor bottles
- Take out the trash
- Assist bartenders as requested
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Mixology or hospitality certification preferred but not required
- Knowledge of alcoholic beverages and bar menu items preferred
- Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects
- Able to work nights and weekends
- Team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment
