Title: Bartender

Location: Southlake, TX 76092 Position Type: Full Time Salary: $9.00 Hourly

Job Summary: Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous, and timely manner to ensure satisfaction. Prepare drinks for servers, manage cash transactions, and maintain the bar area.

Responsibilities:

Greet guests courteously and promote drink orders.
Mix, garnish, and present drinks following standard recipes and portion control.
Maintain bar setup daily, including stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies.
Prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and perishables.
Handle cash transactions, verify charges, and maintain accurate records.
Secure all beverages, food, cash deposits, and equipment.
Answer bar phone promptly and take room service orders accurately.
Perform cleaning tasks to meet health standards.
Follow company policies, safety and security procedures.
Report unsafe conditions, accidents, or injuries.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance.
Assist other beverage personnel as needed.

Qualifications:

Current Food Handler Card required.
Knowledge of state, federal, and corporate liquor laws.
Basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service.
Basic math and English writing skills for cash handling and documentation.
Ability to use beverage equipment and prepare garnishes.
Ability to lift up to 30 lbs., stand and walk for extended periods.
Good communication and customer service skills.
