Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $2.13/hour + tips

Hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly Bartenders in dining restaurants.
Job Summary: Bartenders are core members of our scratch kitchen restaurant team. All team members must demonstrate excellent customer service by providing an exceptional and personalized guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by anticipating and exceeding guests’ expectations.
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverages, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist with inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout, server areas, and food delivery procedures.
- Collaborate with hospitality team members to ensure guests’ needs are met.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently according to company standards.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and proper etiquette.
- Ability to follow sanitation and safety procedures.
- Possess or be able to obtain a current Food Handler’s Card, if applicable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
