Title: Bartender

Compensation: The compensation for this position starts at $10 per hour plus tips. Actual pay may vary based on specific skill set, relevant experience, and geographic location.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcome guests with a smile and serve drinks that enhance their movie experience
Learn bartending basics through provided training, including mixing drinks and pouring accurate portions
Suggest featured and premium beverages to guests
Check IDs to ensure all alcohol service complies with legal age requirements (21+)
Maintain a clean, stocked bar area ready for guests
Open and close the bar each shift, setting up and securing supplies properly
Follow safe use procedures for all cleaning chemicals
Work collaboratively with fellow bartenders to ensure smooth operations
Help create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcomed and respected
Adhere to AMC Wardrobe Standards (black non-slip shoes, black pants, AMC shirt where applicable, and items required by local regulations)
Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude, fostering a fun and respectful atmosphere
Comply with all AMC Company Policies and Procedures

What We Need From You:

Must be at least 21 years old
Bartender experience is appreciated but not required; training is provided
Availability for evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Willingness to complete required training and certifications
Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent guest service and communication skills
Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Passion for movies and delivering a fantastic guest experience

Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):

Frequent standing, walking, lifting, twisting, and bending
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry up to 90 feet or dispose into trash compactors
