Wohali Golf Course, located in Coalville, UT, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Bartender. We are seeking a driven individual eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced, hospitality-focused organization. Role Type: Seasonal position lasting six months or less.

General Purpose: Prepare and serve delicious beverages to guests according to established standards, maintaining professionalism and hospitality. Create memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions.

Essential Duties:

Stock the bar, mix and serve alcoholic beverages, assist in cost control, and maintain inventory records.
Assist leadership with creation of seasonal cocktails and menu development.
Monitor inventory carefully and communicate supply needs to management promptly.
Ensure compliance with state liquor laws and company standard operating procedures.
Communicate guest requests and concerns to the Department Manager.
Perform opening and closing duties including inventory, cash control, cleaning, and restocking.
Handle cash and check transactions using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
Review banquet schedules for changes, special events, and updates.
Serve catered parties from service or portable bars.
Occasionally serve meals to guests.
Follow safe work practices consistently.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

High school diploma or GED.
One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ServSafe Certified (Food & Alcohol) or TIPS equivalent.
Must meet state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Preferred Requirements:

Experience with restaurant POS systems such as POSITOUCH or MICROS.

Physical Demands:

Frequently stands, walks, talks, hears, and uses hands.
Regularly reaches with hands and arms.
Occasionally climbs, balances, stoops, kneels, crawls, crouches, tastes, smells, and sits.
Frequently lifts up to 25 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds.

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge of wine, spirits, beer, and current industry trends.
Familiarity with cocktail recipes.
Professional and courteous demeanor.
Strong commitment to company values.
Exceptional personal hygiene and positive representation of the organization.
Fluent in English (spoken, written, and comprehension).
