Title: Barback, Vista/Yama (PT)

Responsibilities:
- Support bartenders by mixing and serving drinks as needed
- Stock wells, back bars, ice bins, and maintain glassware
- Maintain cleanliness of equipment, tools, and supplies
- Follow Food & Beverage sequence of service consistently
- Work collaboratively with management and team members
- Deliver exceptional guest service and create memorable moments
- Perform additional duties as assigned based on business needs
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and comply with state alcohol service laws
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- Basic communication skills
- Open to learning and growth personally and professionally
- Trustworthy with integrity
- Physical ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to push and pull food service equipment and carts up to 200 pounds
Preferred:
- Prior food and beverage operations experience
- Luxury hotel experience
