Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Set up the bar with appropriate inventory including liquor, juices, sodas, and additives
Ensure bar, glasses, and cutlery are clean and sanitized
Verify guests are of legal drinking age
Prepare drink orders according to bar standards and guest preferences
Present bar bills and process payments
Engage with guests and ensure their satisfaction
Monitor guests for overconsumption and take necessary action
Secure all beverage, food, and equipment items at closing; perform cash drops and secure the bank
Perform additional duties as assigned

Education and Experience:

Minimum high school education
At least three years of bartending experience
Bartending certification preferred
Alcohol awareness certification preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

In-depth knowledge of alcohol serving practices and standards
Effective verbal communication skills
Ability to exceed guest expectations
Detail-oriented and team player

Hiring process may include phone interview, manager(s) interview, drug screening, background and reference checks, and employment assessment.
