Job Description
Title: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with players to create a welcoming bar experience
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites, and game upgrades to enhance guests' visits
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized bar area
- Ensure safety and sanitation standards are followed
- Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent service and uphold Topgolf's core values of Fun, One Team, Excellence, Courage, and Caring
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience in a high-energy hospitality or entertainment setting
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective in a busy environment
- Must be at least the legal serving age and possess necessary certifications where required
- Physical capability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and perform various active tasks
