Responsibilities:
- Prepare beverages and provide high-quality service to patrons of the bar and restaurant.
- Ensure guest satisfaction through proper progression of service.
- Be fully knowledgeable of a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails.
- Adhere strictly to pouring standards.
- Card all guests; do not serve alcohol to minors or intoxicated guests.
- Efficiently manage service across multiple tables and guests.
- Know ingredients, cooking techniques, and presentation of all menu items.
- Operate the POS system efficiently.
- Maintain professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness in all guest interactions.
- Ensure a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
- Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or at least one year of previous experience as a bartender, food and beverage server, or related field.
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
- Must be team-oriented, empathetic, friendly, and proactive.
- Ability to represent the hotel professionally to guests.
