Title: Bartender

Summary: The bartender is a team member responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. Must be of legal age to serve alcohol according to state and local laws and complete all required training, permits, and licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Prepare all alcoholic beverages according to company directions.
Adhere to all laws and legal obligations regarding alcohol service.
Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
Ensure regular and consistent attendance.
Understand and promote coupons, ongoing promotions, and the Crown Club Program.
Deliver exceptional guest service.
Handle all monies and merchandise accurately.
Operate, prepare, and clean all related equipment.
Use concession storerooms and cleaning materials properly.
Follow opening, closing, and intermission procedures.
Comply with emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
Employ excellent sales techniques, including upselling and suggestive selling.
Recognize counterfeit bill procedures.
Comply with all local, state, and federal food safety laws.
Follow dress code requirements.
Greet, smile, and thank all guests to ensure satisfaction.
Manage cash drawer accuracy, inventory, and coupons.
Understand correct popper operation and emergency procedures.
Abide by federal and state laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
Complete or progress toward cast certification for cast members and concessionists.
Complete training on topics like sexual harassment and discrimination.

Pay Scale Information: $14.50 per hour

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (unless currently a high school student).
Completion or progress toward cast certification.
Completion of Regal Responsible Beverage Server training.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol and hold all required certificates.
