Job Description
Title: Bartender
Location: Lynchburg, VA 24503
Boonsboro Country Club is seeking a friendly and energetic bartender who values building relationships and providing exceptional service. Our Members are a close-knit community who appreciate getting to know the people behind the bar.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and serve drinks with a smile
- Build rapport with Members, remembering their favorites
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and efficient bar area
- Assist during special events including golf and tennis tournaments, weddings, and member celebrations
Requirements:
- Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required
- Friendly, outgoing, and reliable personality
- Team player who enjoys a social, community atmosphere
- Ability to stay organized and upbeat, especially during busy events
