We focus on delivering great wings and other Northern comfort food in a casual, family-friendly environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional guest service by preparing drinks and recommending menu items.
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, specials, and drink offerings.
- Use bar tools such as jiggers and shakers and prepare syrups and garnishes.
- Follow company policies, including a no-shots policy.
- Differentiate and describe flavor profiles of call and premium liquors.
- Stay informed about current beer offerings and make recommendations.
- Arrive on time, in uniform, with a positive attitude.
- Take direction well and ask questions when unclear.
- Address guest complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to work despite inclement weather.
- Effective communication in the predominant language of guests.
