Basic Function: The Bartender will prepare and serve drinks and food at the bar.

Essential Functions:

Prepare and be knowledgeable about standard drinks, liquors, and wines specific to our restaurant bar.
Plan and maintain par levels for bar inventory and prepare daily orders to maintain these levels.
Handle cash and perform bank procedures following Accounting Department guidelines.
Conduct accurate bar inventory on the 10th, 20th, and last day of each month or as directed.
Apply suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience.
Maintain cleanliness of all bar work areas.
Maintain a neat and crisp uniform.

Marginal Functions:

Perform other reasonable tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
Greet guests upon entry and assist with coat check.
Deliver cocktails to tables as needed.
Assist other Food and Beverage departments when required.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum three years bartending experience.
At least one year experience in fine dining or high-end resort environments.
Extensive knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, and mixology.
Excellent customer service skills with a pleasant and helpful personality.
