Title: Lead Bartender

What You'll Do As a Lead Bartender, you will prepare and serve drinks in a professional, courteous, and timely manner while delivering outstanding service. You will foster personal connections with guests, encouraging their return.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests, promptly serving food and beverages.
- Pour drinks using standard measurements and process orders accurately in the POS system.
- Serve food and drinks to guests and assist servers with their orders.
- Notify management if guests become intoxicated or disruptive.
- Maintain bar cleanliness: fill and clean ice bins, empty trash, clean shelving, mixers, cups, blenders, and soda guns.
- Change kegs and stock beer and wine coolers.
- Unpack deliveries and stock the bar.
- Follow uniform and grooming standards.
- Maintain cooperative communication with support staff and management.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
What You Bring
- Minimum 1 year bartending experience preferred.
- Passion for crafting personalized guest experiences.
- Strong knowledge of wine and spirits.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient with credit card and cash handling, including accurate tip-out and billing.
- Food Handler and Alcohol Serving Certifications (if applicable).
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
