Responsibilities:

Provide continuous quality entertainment and exceptional customer service.
Take orders and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests.
Ensure cleanliness of tables and side stations.
Stock and inventory supplies as needed.
Follow all food and beverage standards to ensure guest satisfaction.
Communicate drink orders and special requests to bartenders.
Prepare non-alcoholic drinks and, as permitted, certain alcoholic beverages.
Monitor guest behavior and alcohol consumption, notifying management of any issues.
Accurately process sales, discounts, and promotions according to cash handling procedures.
Maintain cleanliness on the gaming floor, including ashtray replacement.
Adhere to all safety rules, regulations, and company policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21 years.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Preferred experience in food and beverage service with knowledge of drinks.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Knowledge of state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service.
Strong customer service skills with patience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving abilities.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Native American hiring preference for qualified candidates.
