About the Role: The Bartender plays a crucial role in delivering an exceptional guest experience by expertly preparing and serving a wide variety of beverages in a fast-paced environment. This position requires maintaining a clean and organized bar area while adhering to all safety and hygiene standards. The Bartender engages with guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and courteously. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and collaborating with team members to support smooth operations. The Bartender thus contributes to Anthony’s reputation for quality service and fine dining ambiance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems to accurately enter orders, process payments, and manage checks.
Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry heavy items safely.
Strong guest service skills with a professional and groomed appearance.
Capability to stand for extended periods during shifts.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in fine dining or upscale hospitality settings.
Certification in responsible alcohol service or bartending.
Knowledge of a wide range of cocktails, spirits, and wines.
Basic cash handling and POS experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes and guest preferences.
Provide attentive and personalized guest service, responding to inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and equipment.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and responsibly, following company policies.
Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff.
Work collaboratively with back-of-house and front-of-house staff to coordinate timely service during busy periods.
