Title: Bartender - Part-Time

Location: Vancouver, WA 98683 Education Level: High School Salary: $17.13 per hour Category: Restaurant - Food Service

We are seeking experienced bartenders and servers who can provide a first-class guest experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. If you enjoy making delicious drinks, taking food orders, and creating a great atmosphere, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

Deliver excellent guest service by mixing drinks, taking food orders, and processing payments efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, lanes, tables, and glassware.
Stock and prepare drinks to perfection.
Assist with keg room duties and collaborate with team members for lifting and setup.
Ensure compliance with safety and alcohol regulations.
Participate in opening and closing tasks to support the team.

Requirements:

Minimum 21 years of age (19 in Idaho).
Previous serving or bar experience.
Experience using POS systems (Toast experience is a plus).
Friendly, confident, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide first-class guest service.
Team-oriented and cooperative attitude.
Ability to handle sales transactions and upsell effectively.
Willingness to obtain Food Handlers and Alcohol Serving Certifications.
Availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods, bending, reaching, and pushing.

Physical Demands:

Frequent standing.
Lifting up to 25 lbs regularly, up to 50 lbs occasionally.
Bending, reaching, and pushing as needed.
