Title: Bartender
Pay Range (based on experience): $2.33/hour + tips

Job Summary: Our Bartenders are core members of our scratch kitchen restaurant team. All team members must demonstrate excellent customer service skills by providing an exceptional and personalized guest experience.
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver an outstanding hospitality experience, anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Prepare and serve P.F. Chang’s alcoholic beverages, including garnishes.
- Operate and clean bar equipment; assist in inventory and restocking of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Understand restaurant seating layout and assist in food delivery.
- Collaborate with the hospitality service team to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Learn to set and clear tables efficiently following company standards.
- Follow company procedures for responsible alcohol service.
Job Requirements:
- Meet state minimum age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Excellent customer service skills and professional etiquette.
- Ability to follow proper sanitation and safety procedures.
- Possess or obtain a current Food Handler’s Card where applicable.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
