Job Description
Title: Part Time Bartender
Position Summary: The LifeCafe Staff will be responsible for preparing menu items according to recipe and speed of service standards. They must deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a clean and sanitized environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food, shakes, espresso drinks, and beverage orders quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to member questions and make suggestions regarding food and service.
- Ensure cleanliness in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Position Requirements:
- Ability to work in a stationary position and move around the cafe for prolonged periods.
- Ability to routinely lift more than 20 lbs.
- CPR/AED certification required within the first 30 days of hire.
