Job Title: Bartender

Responsibilities:
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through quality food, drinks, and games in a lively environment.
- Follow all bar recipes to ensure consistency and cost control.
- Operate credit card machines and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and workstations.
- Greet guests promptly and take accurate food and drink orders.
- Assess guest demeanor and notify management of any concerns.
- Adhere to all sanitation and alcohol awareness procedures.
- Support team members and assist in party setup and breakdown as needed.
- Complete opening and closing duties, daily inventories, and requisitions.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude, communicating effectively with guests and coworkers.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with varying temperatures.
- Restaurant or bar experience preferred but not required.
- Must follow dress code and maintain a neat, professional appearance.
Salary:
- $2.33 per hour base pay plus tips.
