Title: Cocktail Server (Part-Time)
Starting at $7.25 per hour plus tips. Requires flexibility to work various shifts.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly acknowledgment. Assess, anticipate, and promptly attend to guest needs or concerns in a courteous manner.
- Take and serve beverage orders accurately while monitoring responsible alcohol service.
- Prepare and mix drinks as needed.
- Operate and clean all equipment in service stations, including beverage dispensing systems and coffee machines.
- Use a point-of-sale (POS) system to accurately enter orders, dispense correct change, and process payments.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication, hospitality, interpersonal, and math skills.
- Attentiveness and patience when serving guests.
- Ability to obtain Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications within 90 days.
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including late nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Six months of experience in high-volume alcohol serving and cash handling.
- Previous Responsible Alcohol and ServSafe certifications.
- Basic drink knowledge.
- Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
