Join our team as a Restaurant Bartender at Batley’s Grill & Bar, located in Neenah, WI, and attached to the Best Western Premier Bridgewood Resort & Conference Center. We are seeking part-time bartenders to create memorable experiences for our guests by crafting signature drinks and delivering friendly, efficient service.

Key Responsibilities:

Craft and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and creativity.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with safety and hygiene standards.
Engage with guests by taking drink orders, answering questions, and making menu recommendations.
Restock supplies, manage inventory, and accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and a positive guest experience.
Stay informed about menu updates, seasonal ingredients, and daily specials.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older to serve alcoholic beverages.
Previous bartending or serving experience preferred but not required; training is available for motivated candidates.
Strong knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits; creativity in cocktail making is a plus.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
