We are seeking an enthusiastic bartender to join our team at Chula Vista Resort. Our bartenders are positive, friendly, and committed to delivering an exceptional guest drinking experience. The successful candidate will be skilled in mixing classic and innovative drinks tailored to customer preferences. Your unique personality and guest-focused approach will be a key asset in this busy, year-round resort with generous customers.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences, making recommendations
- Mix ingredients according to recipes
- Check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Maintain a guest-focused environment to ensure an excellent experience
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Must be in good physical condition
- Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 30 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Full use of eyes, ears, and speech
- Ability to perform body movements including walking, turning, bending arms, wrists, and fingers
