Position Snapshot: Ensure guests have an exceptional experience by providing fast, friendly service and being attentive to their needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver a high-quality guest experience through excellent food, drinks, and games in a fun atmosphere.
Maintain communication with supervisors about any issues and take or suggest corrective actions.
Create a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members.
Adhere to company sanitation and alcohol safety procedures.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, maintain adequate change, and manage personal bank.
Assess guest behavior and notify management when necessary.
Follow bar recipes to ensure product consistency, control costs, and maximize guest satisfaction.
Keep the workstation clean and organized.
Greet guests promptly and take food and drink orders accurately.
Maintain thorough knowledge of all menu items to answer guest questions.
Enter orders correctly into the Micros system and manage sales on personal keys.
Deliver food and drinks promptly and follow the “Full hands in, Full hands out” philosophy.
Participate in sales incentives and contests.
Complete bar inventories, daily requisitions, and opening/closing duties.
Assist in party setup, breakdown, and support team members as needed.
Buss and reset tables when required.
Check back with guests after delivery to ensure satisfaction and respond promptly to their needs.
Foster a positive working relationship with all team members.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to communicate effectively in English.
Restaurant and/or bar experience preferred but not required.
Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 30 pounds, and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, and cleaning.
Comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment with varying temperatures.
Able to work days, nights, and weekends as needed.
Dress code compliance, neat, clean, and professional appearance at all times.

Physical Requirements:

Stand or walk 100% of the shift.
Lift and carry up to 30 pounds.
Frequent reaching, bending, stooping, mopping, sweeping, and wiping.
