Job Description
As a bartender, you are required to deliver outstanding customer service by preparing quality alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. You will maintain an organized and efficient bar, process transactions accurately, and ensure compliance with responsible alcohol service and food safety standards.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve beverages following established recipes.
- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Verify customer identification and comply with alcohol service laws and company policies.
- Process cash, credit card, and POS transactions accurately while balancing the cash drawer.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, and bar supplies as needed.
- Recommend drinks, upsell premium beverages, and promote featured menu items.
- Prepare garnishes, syrups, and other bar ingredients to ensure efficient service.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to provide timely and accurate food and beverage service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Requirements:
