About the role
Wing Shack is seeking a hospitality-driven Bartender for our newest Shack location. This role is ideal for a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.
While bartending is the primary responsibility, this position requires flexibility and a team-first mindset. Team members support all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house service and kitchen operations, to ensure smooth shifts and outstanding hospitality.
What you'll do
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to company standards.
- Provide friendly, attentive service that creates a welcoming guest experience.
- Support front-of-house service, including taking orders, running food, and guest engagement.
- Assist in kitchen operations as needed, including food preparation and expo support.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Work collaboratively with the team to manage high-volume service efficiently.
- Run kitchen and front-of-house shifts as necessary.
- Train and lead in all aspects of the restaurant, acting as the next point of contact when the General Manager is absent.
Qualifications
- Strong hospitality mindset with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a high-volume environment.
- Willingness to work all areas of the restaurant, not just behind the bar.
- Reliable, adaptable, and committed to delivering great guest experiences.
- 2-3 years of full-service bartending experience.
- 3-5 years of hospitality experience.
