Job Description
Located in the lower level of The Summit, Village Tavern is seeking experienced bartenders to join our team in Birmingham.
Full availability is required.
Responsibilities:
- Mix and pour drinks for guests
- Create an exceptional guest experience at the bar
- Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years bartending experience with craft cocktail and wine knowledge
- POS system experience required
- US work authorization required
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a team
- Basic math skills
- Willingness to learn and work hard
Restaurant experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with the right attitude.
