The Opportunity: Four Seasons is currently seeking a full-time Barback for Quattro Restaurant.

Essential Functions:

Clear, clean, and set up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass, and silverware unobtrusively while greeting guests according to Four Seasons standards.
Anticipate guest needs, ensure satisfaction, and respond promptly to concerns and requests.
Stock side stations with linens, china, glassware, silverware, and paper goods; replenish beer, liquor, soda, juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders.
Break down, clean, and organize side stations and back-of-house areas.
Work harmoniously and professionally with coworkers and supervisors.
Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
Must have proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
