About Us: Yokozuna is an Asian restaurant and sushi bar located in Downtown Tulsa, South Tulsa, and now Bentonville (opening soon!). We offer a vibrant menu featuring sushi, Asian fusion dishes, and a wide range of entrees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
- Provide guests with recommendations on drink pairings, cocktails, and the restaurant’s wine list.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring readiness for service.
- Monitor guests’ alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
