About Us: Fassler Hall is seeking energetic and enthusiastic bartenders to join our team at a lively German Beer Hall. Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations to guests regarding liquor, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and preparing for service.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payments accurately.
- Engage with customers positively to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Comply with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for hospitality.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
