About Us: Fassler Hall is seeking energetic and enthusiastic bartenders to join our fun German Beer Hall environment. Ideal candidates will have great communication skills and a passion for delivering an excellent guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, including cocktails, wines, and beer.
- Provide recommendations to guests on liquor, beer, and wine.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and ensuring readiness for service.
- Monitor guests' alcohol consumption and serve responsibly.
- Handle cash, credit card, and other payments with accuracy.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and positive manner to enhance their experience.
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Comply with all local and state alcohol laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, wines, and spirits.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Positive, energetic attitude and passion for hospitality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
